Service Advisor Wanted – EuroTek Specialists

What You’ll Do (AKA: Be the MVP of the Front Counter):

Be the first impression—greet customers and set the tone
Turn vehicle concerns into clear, confident repair plans
Build and present estimates that customers actually understand
Work directly with technicians to keep the workflow smooth and efficient
Keep customers updated (no one likes being in the dark)
Follow up on recommended services and maintain relationships
Help drive shop performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Service Advisor (preferred, but we’ll train the right person)
Strong communication skills—you can talk cars and people
Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced shop
Sales mindset without being pushy—education over pressure
Passion for European cars = big bonus)
