What You’ll Do (AKA: Be the MVP of the Front Counter):
- Be the first impression—greet customers and set the tone
- Turn vehicle concerns into clear, confident repair plans
- Build and present estimates that customers actually understand
- Work directly with technicians to keep the workflow smooth and efficient
- Keep customers updated (no one likes being in the dark)
- Follow up on recommended services and maintain relationships
- Help drive shop performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Service Advisor (preferred, but we’ll train the right person)
- Strong communication skills—you can talk cars and people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced shop
- Sales mindset without being pushy—education over pressure
- Passion for European cars = big bonus)
